B.R.B mates, just popping to Malaysia

My first holiday of 2013! Over the next 10 days I will be going back to my roots and immersing myself in the sights and sounds of Malaysia (truly asia) and Singapore (no catchy ad campaign)

Apologies for the lack of pink, pretty format or pictures – im typing this in the middle of Heathrow on my mobile!

What have I brought with me??

SPF is essential in tropical heat so I will be trialling Clinique Even Better Foundation instead of my normal Stay Matte since it has SPF (I’m feeling I might have to slap on the Stay Matte to prevent my face from melting in the 30degree heat though..)

Ive also packed some Siesta Sleep Rollers from Wow Pamper Lounge to get billowy curls without additional heat damage to my hair!

The big question though is what to buy in Duty Free? I’m eyeing up the new Lancôme Teint Visionnaire as well as stocking up on cheaper supplies – Mac Mineralize Skinfinish, Clinique Clarifying Lotion and maybe a new Chubby stick. Any recommendations??

While I’m gone, there are several things you can do to get your FaceValue fix

1) check out my Elemis giveaway – I’m picking a winner when I get back!

2) Check out my back catalogue (don’t worry, as a newbie blogger it only goes back 2 months!)

3) Leave me comments! My later posts have got a lot more coverage but the old posts from when it was just me, my blog and I, remain lonely and un-commented on..

4) Find new blogs – please do visit the blog links that have been mentioned in my comments and share the blog loveeee!

As I’ll be away until early March, I’d really appreciate anyone keeping the FaceValue spirit alive on the blogging scene and Twitter when I’m away. This will involve copious amounts Of the word ‘Eeeeee’ whilst tweeting a link to www.facevaluebeautyblog.co.uk …THAANKS BLUDS.

I’ll probably be tweeting, Facebooking and instagramming where I can find wifi but for the most part I will be thoroughly soaking up that Vitamin D, trying to find coconuts to drink from and sourcing some amazing Asian cosmetics to share on my return! BB creams originated in Asia dontcha know? Superior race an what?

Anyone else got any holidays booked??

Big love and kisses to all, see you in March!

Ps thanks to pearceonearth.com where I jacked this beaut pic of Malaysia
